SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Broadcasting:

SMS, Voice, WhatsApp OTPs and Regulation:

• SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp OTPs are provided to users for authentication purposes.
• Users shall adhere to all local and international regulations governing OTP usage and transmission.

Online Portal User and Password:

• Users will be provided with a unique username and password for accessing the Company's online portal.
• Users shall maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and shall not share them with unauthorized individuals.

Broadcasting Client User Message:

• Users are permitted to broadcast messages using the Company's platform.
• Users shall ensure that the content of their messages complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Data Privacy:

• The Company shall not share any user data with third-party entities, except as required by law or regulations.
• Data may be shared with regulatory authorities such as the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and mobile operators for compliance purposes.

Website Development:

• The Company offers website development services to clients.
• Clients shall provide necessary information and materials required for website development within agreed-upon timelines.

Mobile App Development:

• The Company provides mobile app development services to clients.
• Clients shall provide necessary information and materials required for app development within agreed-upon timelines.

Mobile Content:

• The Company may offer mobile content such as applications, games, or multimedia services.
• Users shall adhere to all terms and conditions specified for accessing and using mobile content.

Payment Details and Credit Card:

• Users shall provide accurate payment details for availing of paid services.
• Credit card transactions shall be processed securely in compliance with industry standards.
